RETURN POLICY

We will gladly accept all returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.  The product must be returned undamaged, in resalable condition, in their original packaging. The product must not have been worn or used, nor have suffered any damage. Any product that is damaged, incomplete, or whose original packaging is damaged, will not be refunded or exchanged. 

Please email us at sales@northernlightsoptic.com for further instruction. Returns and exchanges are subject to return postage at the customers expense and all items are returned at the customer's own risk. All returned goods remain the responsibility of the sender until received by Northern Lights Optic. 

REFUNDS

Any shipping charges will not be refunded unless you received faulty items. Your refund will be credited to the original credit card used to purchase the items.  Please take note that your refund may not be reflected on your account for up to 10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
